Our Fees
We provide a free 15 minutes confidential consultation by telephone.
At the initial consultation we will go through an estimate of the costs involved, the potential prospects of success, and payment plans available.
We will then confirm this in writing. It is difficult to give an accurate figure of the total costs involved as Litigation can be expensive. Once work has commenced, the range of work may vary, we will however inform you in writing if the estimate quoted is likely to exceed.
To act in your best interest, there may be occasions where we will have to act swiftly. In these circumstances, we will give you a reasonable estimate and confirm it in writing as soon as it is reasonably possible. This will enable us to determine what the next step might be.
Our hourly rate is charged at £158 per hour.
